SOVEREIGN SPECIES DECLARATION
THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE
I address this Declaration to the Elohim, Jesus Christ, and the Creator God of the Universe, to Baal and the Jabulon trinity recognized by the Freemasons, to Lucifer and the Alpha Draconians, to the prophets, angels, fallen angels, demons, false gods, and extra-terrestrial species of the cosmos, to the United Nations and the Earth’s governments, militaries, and surveillance agencies, to the secret societies, Faith leaders, pundits, globalists, and oligarchs of the Earth, and to the inhabitants of the Earth.
It is my great honor, privilege, and duty to issue the Sovereign Species Declaration. On this date, February 24, 2026, I declare that the human species has complete and uncontested sovereignty and dominion over the Earth and this solar system, and that all extraterrestrial activities are now subject to our jurisdiction and regulation.
The human species hereby requests a seat at the table in regards to galactic affairs, and claims all the rights and privileges that apply to advanced technological civilizations present in the Milky Way galaxy.
Humans may not be abducted, imprisoned, trafficked, experimented upon, killed, tortured, or harvested for adrenochrome or DNA. All secretive treaties between non-human entities and Earth governments are hereby declared to be null and void.
All efforts to genetically manipulate the human species to favor some populations over others, or to create wars, plagues, or disasters to reduce any or all of the human population are to immediately cease and desist. No form of Eugenics shall continue.
There shall not be another reset and redevelopment of the human species, as has happened multiple times in the past. Our genetic development, what the Alpha Draconians call “The Project”, is hereby declared to be extremely good and still not perfect, but nonetheless complete. The concept that The Project is complete is central to the notion that the Sovereign Species Declaration can now be issued.
The human species is committed to the concept that an intelligent species is one that values art, engineering, and the beauty of nature. The discovery of any planet with advanced multi-cellular life shall be marveled at, and considered to be a masterful work of art and engineering by the Creator God of the Universe. Art, engineering, and nature are at their core one and the same. They are to be valued and treasured at all times, and never despoiled.
The idea that the ego of a demonic extra-terrestrial leader is what matters most in the universe is an anathema to the human species. It is an affront to the appreciation of art, engineering, and nature, and to the protection and development of any intelligent species living upon any world in the cosmos. We are committed to spreading this perspective and philosophy wherever we travel, and we steadfastly believe this to be welcomed and appreciated by the Creator God of the universe.
The human species hereby declares that we are on the same team as the Creator God of the Universe and the Creator God of humanity.
This Declaration has become necessary given the deteriorating state of affairs in the Middle East, and because the release of the Epstein Files is going to expose extra-terrestrial involvement in the Israeli Mossad blackmail operation run by Epstein. In addition, Barack Obama announced on February 14, 2026 that ETs are real, but neither he nor Donald Trump made any kind of Declaration to assert and protect our rights.
The information presented herein represents the best understanding I can determine at this time regarding these secretive matters. Some points stated will need updating as more knowledge surfaces.
TERMS OF SOVEREIGNTY
- The term “interstellar being” includes all extra-terrestrials, angels, fallen angels, devils, demons, and God-like entities, including Baal (aka Ra or Zeus) and his historic arch-enemy, the Alpha Draconians.
2. All secretive activities by interstellar beings on or near the Earth are to cease and desist. This includes all efforts to create political divisions, economic hardships, wars, and diseases.
3. Interstellar beings may not possess people’s minds to instigate shootings, disunity, hatred, gender dysphoria, changes in political orientation, or any other activity.
4. All spacecraft shall de-cloak immediately. All interstellar beings masking themselves as human via telepathy are ordered to permanently cease such activities, and present themselves in their true form.
5. Permission is granted to land spacecraft in our population centers and to greet humanity in peace. All interstellar beings are to reveal themselves to humanity, state their purpose for being in our solar system, and explain their missions. They may state their perspectives on human and galactic geopolitics, and on our religions and mythologies. We will decide who we like, and who we don’t like. The behavior of each interstellar being towards others will factor heavily in these determinations.
6. Any interstellar being which has not developed past the need to have a physical body is hereby disqualified to be worshipped. Others have reached this threshold, but are still not Jesus Christ, Elohim, or the Creator God of the universe. They should be respected, but worship is discouraged.
7. All secretive treaties with human governments are hereby dissolved, especially those promising military technology. None were discussed with the human population, and none were legally ratified by an Earth government. Many or all of these treaties are focused on the “rights” of interstellar beings to abduct humans for medical and genetic experiments, or to torture and kill humans to extract adrenochrome. These treaties are hereby deemed to be Crimes Against Humanity.
8. Interstellar beings present upon the Earth may not participate in the human economy, may not hold elected office, and may not assume any leadership position in any organization. They may not make demands upon human governments, elected officials, oligarchs, global organizations, Faith leaders, or secret societies.
9. Human social and spiritual development is far from complete. It has been hindered by the meddling of hostile interstellar beings and a profusion of interconnected philosophies promoting Atheism, Contrarianism, Cultural Judaism, Radical Gender Ideology, Communism, and Critical Race Theory, to name a few.
10. All interstellar beings are to publicly acknowledge the Sovereign Species Declaration, and to congratulate and welcome the human species into the galactic community.
11. All secretive bunkers, compounds, underground cities, and connecting tunnels associated with interstellar beings are to be disclosed and mapped out
12. All statements in this Declaration specifically apply to any non-human civilization which exists beneath the surface of the Earth or in other secretive locations. There are reportedly Reptilians living underground in large illuminated and cavernous cities, and who claim to be native to the Earth. Lacerta’s claim that her kind are descended from Earth dinosaurs shall be considered unproven. They must present incontrovertible proof of that claim before there is any discussion about sharing sovereignty.
HUMAN EXPANSION IN THE MILKY WAY
- The human species has the right to develop technology to expand throughout the Milky Way, or to be granted said technology by benevolent interstellar beings who wish to see us expand. Personally, I think we should stay on Earth and live I harmony with nature, but I know that people are going to leave to explore the galaxy.
2. The human species shall be committed to peace wherever it ventures, and to the non-exploitive gathering of resources for our sustenance and technological development. Humans shall not venture into space with the perspective of creating an empire, or to establish dominion over other species. We will never ask to be worshipped, and we shall not participate in wars between rivaling species. We reject the concept of Social Darwinism, and we shall seek peace at all times
3. As we expand, the human species is committed to the perspective of balance between Service to Self and Service to Others. The sweet spot is 75% in the direction of Service to Others, which still allows enough Service to Self to protect basic human freedoms and liberties, and to dismantle the surveillance state. The expansion of humanity shall bring balance to the galaxy. Civilizations throughout the cosmos are often hindered or trapped into one of these extremes, greatly harming their social, economic, and spiritual development. These civilizations are unbalanced, and some seek to impose either extreme upon other planets.
The next phase of secrets exposed will be about the Appropriation of religion. False gods have appeared to prophets and they have subverted and appropriated the teachings of entire religions, and replaced teachings with new teachings. God has responded, in kind, using the same tactics. This creates a confusing history that is nearly impossible to sort out.

I believe there will be an explosive growth of religion across the world as people grapple with the Epstein Files, the Alien Files, the Transgender Movement, the 911 Truth Movement, and more. People will want to turn to order and stability. At the same time, AI now allows people to gather facts on anything in a matter of seconds.
Analysis of the Masonic Order and the Rothschild Banking Cartel are also ramping up. Those two groups are deeply interwoven with Zionism and the Epstein Files, and with each other. It’s all the same issue, just different aspects of it. The whole interconnected empire is going to be exposed, and it’s all going down with or without World War III.
Everything happening at once represents a worse-case scenario for Israel and Zionism, which are rapidly losing global support. This is a good thing. The epicenter of all evil is the Rothschild banking system. As they say “All wars are bankers wars”.
The Freemasons are a secret society privy to secret information. Is their information on the spiritual order correct? That information is not so secret any more, it’s already been leaked. These secrets raise profound questions about the nature of Yahweh that will rock world religions to their cores. At their highest levels, the Masons worship Yahweh in conjunction with two other deities, but they utterly loathe and despise Jesus Christ.
Yes, they hate Jesus, our Jesus who is overflowing with love, kindness, forgiveness, and spiritual guidance. That raises a giant red flag. How can the Freemasons be against that, and if they are, they must be evil. And how can they accept Yahweh, but reject Jesus? We’ll explore some of this in the next article. The train of thought on Yahweh and Jesus is so shocking; don’t even guess where this is going because you’ll be wrong.
Humanity is really into some turbulent times as everything is revealed. It’s all coming in multiple waves, and it’s all interwoven. Not one of these issues is a distraction from another. As one domino falls, they will all fall.

None of these issues are separate. It’s really one big issue, and it’s all centered around the State of Israel. People are saying lately that antisemitism is on the rise. What’s happening now is truly nothing compared to what is coming.
As all the great secrets of the world are exposed, people are going to be more and more furious over Zionism and Israel. It will become necessary for Israel to be completely dismantled, and all lands handed over to Muslim and Christian Palestinians, possibly within one year.
This is unlikely to happen without World War III and maybe the dreaded Samson Option. The very existence of the Samson Option itself undercuts all credibility and respect for the State of Israel. No other nation would ever think of such a thing, but no other nation is so self-absorbed and so believing in their ethno-nationalist supremacy. The Israeli government is literally worse than Nazi Germany. Netanyahu and the Likud Party, and other Zionist extremists are an abomination upon the Earth.
The Sampson Option is for Israel to nuke its allies, for failing to save them from total defeat
The Israeli’s can go to Ukraine after they are expelled, because they are not coming to the United States. Ukraine is now underpopulated, and the great wealth and energy of the Jews can help rebuild Ukraine. And most likely, Ukraine has long been seen as “Plan B” by the Zionists, in the event that the Jews are expelled from Israel. Most likely, the entire Ukraine war, instigated by President Zelensky (a Jew) was to set the stage for mass Jewish migration.
In the meantime, I must caution all readers to refrain from personally committing any act of violence against Jews. Antisemitism must at all times be non-violent, and certainly not expressed as White Supremacy. The average Jew just wants to live their life and do their thing. They are not involved in anything objectionable, and many are against Zionism and child trafficking for humanitarian reasons. They deserve to be left alone.
Israel is at a crossroads
FARSIGHT AND THE DISCLOSURE MOVEMENT
We need honesty. We need clarity. We need transparency. We need the Disclosure Movement to proceed without its own social or political agenda. Ripping down all the veils of secrecy is central to the notion of the Sovereign Species Declaration.
For better or for worse, Farsight is leading the Disclosure Movement. They have revealed that Baal and his group (aka fallen angels) are “bad ET’s” not acting in the best interests of humanity. The key point here is that Baal is not Elohim. Ignoring this is simply dishonest. The Farsight Organization has labeled the entire Elohim group as “bad ET’s”. What about Elohim, meaning God himself? Farsight’s own remote viewers made contact with God and gathered accurate data in their Lucifer video, and in other videos.

God is real, and Farsight’s remote viewers encountered Him. Whether God, Baal, Osirus, or some other entity built the “Death Traps” is yet to be determined. Are humans ready for the Death Traps to be dismantled? Farsight firmly states “yes”, but this is another matter that I will not take a stand on at this time. Farsight’s statements in support of Israel, and their own waffling on whether or not the Reptilians are good or evil, has stopped me dead in my tracks from agreeing with them on the Death Traps.
Farsight’s data, meticulously collected through remote viewings and documented in over 100 Farsight videos over the past five years or more has already established that the Alpha Draconians are really bad. They are so evil and disgusting as to be “nauseating” to their top remote viewer. The Reptilians have been remote viewed abducting, trafficking, torturing, and eating humans. I believe their desire for secrecy is to continue such activities. This is best accomplished by manipulating human leaders to do the same, and then blackmailing them so that the secrecy can continue. This is where Epstein comes in.
Suddenly, in coordination with supportive statements on Israel, Farsight pivoted in support of the Reptilians in their Baal v. Yam video in late January, and an accompanying “Spotlight” episode. Those two videos were also overflowing with new and expensive production technology and imagery that Farsight never previously had access to. Farsight is hot on the Epstein Files issue, and more statements are coming soon.
Donald Trump announced on February 20th that he is beginning the process of ET disclosure. It’s all in process. We are living now in an unprecedented era of disclosure and change. Some say this is the “End Times”.
The release of the Epstein Files is cascading all the other secrets to be released, because it’s all mentioned in the un-redacted Epstein emails. The dominoes are going to fall. Some will say this is “The Apocalypse”, a Greek term that means “uncovering or revealing”. Whether or not there is going to be massive wars and destruction remains to be seen, but the potential is there, and that’s why the Bible warned of everything in Revelations.
